As an illustrator, I focus my work around narrative storytelling. I’m particularly interested in telling stories in the form of short graphic novels, often working with an overall theme or mood such as loneliness and repetition to develop a story from. Lighting is a key aspect to my work as I use dynamic light sources to complement the geometric shapes within my graphic novels, while establishing bold focal points for the reader. To create the atmosphere, I currently work with graphite pencil drawings and have a passion for printing them myself on the Risograph.
